Suitable mixer depending upon clients needs and requirements is chosen depending whether the Concrete Batching Plant is for Readymix, Precast or any other application. Our plants can be chosen with a variety of mixers like Planetary Mixer, Twin Shaft Mixer or a Pan Mixer. The client is at liberty to specify preferred brand of mixer like BHS, SICOMA, TEKA etc. Client can also specify mixer lining depending upon the abrasiveness of the proposed aggregates; and the trouble-free lifetime expectation of such lining. Our highly qualified experts can provide the client with mixture towers that can produce a maximum yield to satisfy our client. We can customize the mixture towers on the desire of our clients for their upgradation. The design provided by our client is passed to our experts to ensure the safety of the product and the investment of our client and then put to life by our expert engineers and then the complete plant is provided to the clients.
The mixer structure are designed to have a robust construction, with chutes custom designed to discharge concrete directly to a mixer truck (For Readymix Applications), A Forklift (For Precast and Egglayer applications) Or a Flying Bucket (For Precast applications).
Also, all our plants for readymix application come with a waiting hopper as a standard attachment so that the prepared batch of measured aggregates can be unloaded to the Mixer in one go to increase the productivity of the Batching Plant. This ensures that at any instant, three batches batches are being prepared simultaneously. Depending upon the request by the client, the mixture structure can be Hot Dip Galnanized to increase the lifespan of the batching plant.
The storage design is made by the highly experienced design engineers with the following basic parameters:
~ The transportation of the structure by Shipping Containers is an important parameter of design. As the product has to be delivered worldwide, its transportation is ensured to be convenient and easy.
~ We design for any reasonable aggregate storage volume. We have designed an aggregate storage system with a volume of 1800 m3 for a plant in Australia constituting 10 separate bins, all fed automatically by a reversing shuttle conveyor.
~ As per our experience, most of the readymix clients prefer an aggregate storage of 6×30 m3, which is more than sufficient for smooth and continuous running of the plant.
~ We use only European Steel with appropriate thicknesses to ensure long life of the aggregate storage irrespective of the abrasiveness of the material.
~ At the specific request of our client, we provide Hot Dip Galvanization of the Aggregate Storage Bins to increase the lifespan as well as to increase the visual appeal of the bins.
~ The strict quality policy of our brand ensures that the product supplied to the costomer is perfect in every possible way. Stringent in-house quality tests prior to despatch are carried out before the plant is shipped.
~ The industrial design of our Aggregate Storage System has ensured that all Electronic, Electric and Mechanical components are of highest quality and capable of withstanding extremely weather conditions prevalent in a variety of geographical locations.
Several options are offered for aggregate conveying from Aggregate Storage Bins to the Mixer which depend upon Layout Parameters, Application and Capacity to be handled.
~ An Inclined Belt Conveyor is the most preferred choice for high capacity plants. In case, the layout necessitates use of a steep angle, we would offer to use chevron belts to ensure smooth operation for long time. All our Inclined belts come housed in a suitable galvanised cover to ensure that elements stay outside and dust stays inside. A galvanized staircase is provided along the conveyor to ensure easy maintenance all along the belt.
~ Low capacity Batching plant owners as well as layout considerations may call for a much more compact system of using Skips to transport the aggregates. We offer skip systems in various capacities to meet all requirements.
